Assessment

Assessed values for properties are determined by SAMA (Saskatchewan Assessment Management Agency).

  • SAMA does regular maintenance inspections every year on specific properties (new ownership, new or a change in improvements [house, decks, sheds, etc.])
  • Every four years SAMA conducts a full revaluation of all properties. (Next revaluation year: 2029 based on 2027 values)

Revaluation Year: 2025 - based on 2023 values

For more information regarding assessment please visit www.sama.sk.ca
